The Red Crab's menu is a collection that transcends generations because even when most of the recipes have evolved, the nostalgic character is still intact. The sumptuous food reminds diners of special memories of family celebrations. With evocative interior and wooden furnishings, The Red Crab has already earned the reputation to be the restaurant of choice when it comes to celebrating special moments and occasions.

Appetizer's must-try are the flavorful and crunchy Chicharon Bulaklak, Crispy Shrimps (marinated and deep-fried to contrasting texture that is both crispy and tender), Beef Tapas Romana (sweet and spicy marinated tender beef tenderloin strips) and the classic Gambas Al Ajillo (shrimps sautéed in garlic, white wine and spices).

For soup, the flavorful Boullabaise Armani (French seafood soup with crab, shrimp, squid and tanigue fillet topped with aioli), Patricia's Sopa de Mariscos or the Crab Bisque will surely perk up your appetite for more. The Red Crab Salad with honey mustard dressing and the Mixed Seafood with Laguna Cheese Ensalata served with your choice of honey mustard dressing or paprika vinaigrette are just two from their salad selection.

The Treasures of the Pacific and the Oyster and Shellfish selection is a seafood lover's delight - Lobster Risotto, Black Marlin Pobresito, Grilled Chilean Seabass with coco sauce, Crusted Salmon with Tinapa Butter, Oysters Florentine, Clams Coco Grande, the choices goes on and the best way to match this glorious seafood banquet is with Paella and Seafood Rice.

Not to forget The Red Crab's reminiscent dishes of Lola's Cucina especially the Seafood Kari-Kari. Interestingly, the Kari-Kari sauce is served on a fondue pot and the seafood and vegetables are in skewers.

And of course, the climax of the feast, the signature crabs of The Red Crab! Definitely, the highlight of the meal - Crab Maritess (sautéed in olive oil, white wine, garlic and chilies), Crab Lilian (cooked in coconut milk and spiced with native chilies), Raymund's Spicy Salt and Pepper (deep-fried and marinated in Chinese herbs and spices) and Jundy-loves-Pia Crab (sautéed in chorizo bits and Spanish paprika cream sauce) are just some of the recipes that keep diners coming back.
