The
Red Crab's menu is a collection that
transcends generations because even
when most of the recipes have evolved,
the nostalgic character is still intact.
The sumptuous food reminds diners

With evocative interior and wooden
furnishings, The Red Crab has already

Appetizer's must-try are the flavorful
and crunchy Chicharon Bulaklak, Crispy
Shrimps (marinated and deep-fried
to contrasting texture that is both
crispy and tender), Beef Tapas Romana
(sweet and spicy marinated tender
beef tenderloin strips) and the classic
Gambas Al Ajillo (shrimps sautéed
in garlic, white wine and spices).
For soup, the flavorful Boullabaise
Armani (French seafood soup with crab,
shrimp, squid and tanigue fillet topped
with aioli), Patricia's Sopa de Mariscos
or the Crab Bisque will surely perk
up your appetite for more. The Red
Crab Salad with honey mustard dressing
and the Mixed Seafood with Laguna
Cheese Ensalata served with your choice
of honey mustard dressing or paprika
vinaigrette are just two from their
salad selection.

in chorizo bits and Spanish paprika
